The Broussard Service Center encompasses a campus with nine existing pre-engineered metal buildings spread across approximately nine acres. A notable addition to the campus is the brand new poll yard, which contributes to its overall efficiency and operations.

Join us for the unveiling of Storage Pro, one of our latest ventures in Youngsville, LA, which has resulted in the creation of a remarkable 20,000 square foot pre-engineered metal storage building, featuring 136 storage units.

When it comes to site work, precision is key. We dedicated ourselves to meticulously dressing the site, ensuring it matched the desired height and complied with all zoning and drainage regulations. Notably, our impressive detention pond on the south side stands as a testament to our commitment to meeting all necessary requirements.

As we step into the office area, the first thing that catches our attention is the sleek, polished concrete flooring. Beyond the office space lies the expansive warehouse, providing an open area of 60,000 square feet. To facilitate seamless truck operations, the warehouse incorporates convenient drive-through lanes. These lanes enable trucks to enter the building and conveniently unload their cargo with the assistance of the five shop cranes installed within.
