Smoketree Warehouse and Office

Leveraging integrated design-build services, including in-house architectural expertise through Crump Wilson, this project was efficiently fast-tracked, completing it in a six-month timeframe. This expedited delivery allowed the client to commence leasing their space promptly.

The pre-engineered building structure was ordered during the design phase, immediately following layout finalization. Its early arrival on site, prior to the start of construction, facilitated a seamless transition to building erection once foundations were poured. The building features a 24-gauge MR-24 standing seam roofing system and Butler Rib metal wall panels. The facade incorporates a sophisticated combination of stucco, brick, and an aluminum storefront system.

The interior office space is characterized by perimeter individual offices surrounding a central large conference room/cubicle area. High-quality finishes include large storefront openings, Acoustical Ceiling Tile (ACT) ceilings, Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring, and ceramic tile floors and walls in the bathrooms. The warehouse space is fully equipped with 14 large overhead doors, high-volume, low-speed (HVLS) fans, heaters, and exhaust fans, designed to accommodate diverse tenant requirements.
