We are proud to announce the recent completion the Porsche New Orleans Generation 5 Dealership in Metairie, Louisiana, delivering one of the most advanced Porsche facilities in the world. Finished in December, this 30,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility represents the highest level of design and performance within the Porsche brand.
As a Generation 5 dealership, the project meets Porsche’s most current global architectural standards. With only a limited number of Gen-5 facilities worldwide, Porsche New Orleans stands as a premier luxury automotive destination for the region. The dealership is owned by Gale Benson and the Benson Auto Group.
Designed to Reflect Performance and Precision
The dealership was designed to reflect Porsche’s commitment to precision, innovation, and luxury. Premium finishes, advanced building systems, and cutting-edge technology are integrated throughout the facility to elevate both the customer and service experience.
A key feature of the project is the 16-bay service wing, equipped with manufacturer-certified diagnostic equipment and a dedicated alignment pit. These elements were designed to support efficiency, safety, and precision servicing while meeting Porsche’s exacting standards.

We collaborated closely with Sparc +, LLC, Promus Engineering, Mark Nannis Structural Engineers, Inc., and DDG to bring this project to life. The new Porsche New Orleans dealership brings a world-class automotive experience to the Metairie community. Beyond its architectural presence, the facility supports local jobs, strengthens the regional economy, and elevates the customer experience for Porsche owners across southeast Louisiana. With construction complete, Porsche New Orleans is preparing to welcome customers with a grand opening in March, marking the beginning of a new chapter.
