Kent Design Build recently celebrated the groundbreaking of the LOS Youngsville New PT & Urgent Care facility, marking an important milestone for Louisiana Orthopaedic Specialists (LOS) as they expand comprehensive orthopedic care in the Youngsville area. The event signifies the beginning of a new healthcare resource designed to serve a growing community.
Designed for Efficient, Patient-Focused Care
This new, architecturally designed facility will bring together an orthopedic urgent care, physical and occupational therapy spaces, procedure and X-ray rooms, and dedicated specialist exam areas.
By housing multiple services under one roof, the clinic is designed to streamline care and support patients from diagnosis through recovery.
Project Scope and Delivery
The LOS Youngsville New PT & Urgent Care is a ground-up commercial design-build project led by Kent Design Build. The scope includes a fully integrated urgent care and physical therapy clinic with exam rooms, a cast room, on-site X-ray services, and a large therapy gym.
The project also includes all associated MEP, structural, civil, and landscape work, delivered through a collaborative design-build approach.
Supporting a Growing Community
As the Youngsville community continues to grow, access to specialized orthopedic care becomes increasingly important. This facility is designed to expand local access to orthopedic urgent care and rehabilitation services while improving continuity of care and long-term community wellness.
