Finished in December, this 30,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility represents the highest level of design and performance within the Porsche brand.

Located on Veterans Boulevard in Metairie, Louisiana, this 35,000 sq. ft. facility is set to redefine automotive luxury and innovation as one of only six Gen 5 Porsche dealerships in the United States. This project reflects our dedication to precision, excellence, and bringing visionary designs to life.

American Factory Direct has six locations across the greater Louisiana-Mississippi area, with half of them being constructed by our team here at Kent Design Build. Take a look inside Home Furniture Lafayette – a 42,000 square foot pre-engineered building constructed from the ground up. This project was completed in collaboration with Ritter Maher Architects and the innovative solutions of Butler Manufacturing.

We are thrilled to unveil the BlueSky Store, a comprehensive 11,900 SF facility designed to meet all your convenience needs. This modern establishment combines a 7,500 SF gas station and Subway with a 4,400 SF tunnel carwash, all situated on the same site to provide a seamless experience.

Discover the exciting transformations at the Broussard Service Center, where Kent Design Build has been hard at work. Led by project manager Dylan Marlborough, we are thrilled to share the latest updates with you.

The Broussard Service Center encompasses a campus with nine existing pre-engineered metal buildings spread across approximately nine acres. A notable addition to the campus is the brand new poll yard, which contributes to its overall efficiency and operations.

Take a step inside Kent Design Build’s recent project, the Woodhouse Spa in Mandeville, Louisiana. This brand new 5,300 square-foot construction completed by KDB was constructed with an impressive list of amenities, including multiple treatment rooms, a fabulous infrared sauna, a relaxing salt room, a tub room, plus locker rooms for men and women, and a tranquil waiting area. All of these areas required extensive planning and attention to detail.

Upon entering, there is a retail area on your right and a comfortable office space on your left. The overhead finishes in both spaces required careful coordination during the framing stages of the build due to the installation of faux wood beams beneath the drywall. To ensure seamless integration, the linear diffusers and can lights had to be roughed in prior to the installation of these faux beams.

Mendoza Ford is now open and serves the greater Lafayette community. The space is ideal for efficient operations and will contribute to the success of the dealership. Thank you to the Mendoza’s for trusting us with this project!
