Paradigm Health System Mandeville

Kent Design Build executed a design-build project for Paradigm Health System in Mandeville, delivering a rapid expansion solution. The 9,000 square-foot facility accommodates a comprehensive range of services, including Neurology, Interventional Pain, Rheumatology, Primary Care, Spine, Orthopedic, Podiatry, Imaging, and Physical Therapy. A key objective for the health system was to create a non-institutional environment from the moment patients entered the building.

The facility successfully achieves a spa-like atmosphere, highly valued by both patients and staff, establishing a new benchmark for Paradigm Health System's medical office buildings. The interior design features an expansive lobby, X-ray and casting rooms, an infusion room, exam rooms, nurse's stations, doctors' offices, meeting spaces, administrative offices, a break room, and a private doctors' lounge. This project represents the initial phase of a multi-building campus expansion for Paradigm Health System.
