This ground-up medical facility is meticulously designed as a multi-tenant complex, offering three distinct suites, each featuring dedicated entrances and waiting areas to optimize patient convenience and privacy.

The Imaging Suite provides a comprehensive array of diagnostic capabilities, including bone density scans, mammography, ultrasounds, computed tomography (CT) scans, and X-ray imaging. To ensure patient and staff safety, the CT scan and X-ray rooms are constructed with lead-lined walls, doors, door frames, and windows. This critical radiation shielding adheres to established safety protocols and regulations for facilities utilizing ionizing radiation equipment.

The Wellness Suite is designed to support holistic health and includes a stress test room, examination rooms, physician offices, and a dedicated business center while the Internal Medicine Suite features a spacious waiting area with 14-foot ceilings, examination rooms, and dedicated physician and administrative offices.

Our team worked closely to coordinate long-lead and early-release items with the owner's medical equipment procurement schedule, including furniture, fixtures, and specialized modalities. By aligning construction activities with equipment delivery and installation timelines, the project maintained efficiency and minimized delays, ultimately delivering a streamlined schedule and a seamless transition into operation.
