In And Out Urgent Care Covington

This project involves the renovation of an existing 3,650 SF building with stucco over CMU exterior walls, an exposed fastener metal roof, and a wood-framed interior. The updated design incorporates five exam rooms, a lab, an X-ray room, a nurses' station, a reception/lobby area, and an express wellness center for repeat clients. Through our design-assist approach with Zito+Russell Architects, the project was fast-tracked and delivered in just five months, enabling the client to open on schedule and maximize revenue opportunities. The building's facade was stripped of its Hacienda features and given a more modern look. The parking lot was repaired, striped, and completed with new landscape islands.
