Integrated Physical Therapy

This 3,940 square-foot, single-story building offers a uniquely configured space designed for a physical therapy practice, including Pilates instruction, and independent massage therapy offices. A notable feature of this project was the proactive approach to functional design, particularly in the physical therapy area. All necessary in-wall blocking was installed during construction to accommodate the precise placement of specialized equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.

Recognizing the importance of patient privacy and a serene environment, soundproofing measures were implemented in the massage therapy rooms, effectively mitigating both external noise from a busy roadway and internal sound transmission from the surrounding therapy and workout spaces.
