This design-build project involved early engagement with the client, ensuring the successful delivery of a facility that met their programmatic needs while adhering to budgetary constraints.

A unique aspect of this project was the previously elevated building pad, situated within a flood zone. This allowed us to expedite construction initiation while simultaneously assisting the client with the application to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for official removal from the flood zone, addressing a significant client concern.

Close collaboration with the client's dental equipment provider throughout the construction phase and during the critical move-in period was essential. This meticulous planning ensured a seamless transition and minimized operational downtime, as existing equipment was integrated from the client's previous location into the new facility.
