Entergy Luling

This Entergy service center is a new ground-up facility, located in Luling, LA on Judge Edward Dufresne Pkwy. The facility includes office space, a large training room, warehouse, and covered parking for service trucks on a five acre site.

The building is a pile supported structure and above the slab it continues with structural steel, metal stud framing, brick veneer, corrugated wall panels, and a modified bitumen roofing system. Interior finishes include acoustical ceilings, LED track lighting, polished concrete flooring, and prefabricated custom millwork. The building provides storage and parking for company vehicles, storage for critical equipment, and meeting space for Entergy personnel. Equipped with a standby 235kw diesel generator, this building is prepared to serve as a hub during emergency operations for extreme weather events.
