Bodet Place I

This 49,600 SF, four-story office building in Covington, LA, features a cast-in-place concrete structure with 8-inch post-tensioned slabs supported by 14-inch diameter, 55-foot auger cast piles.

The design incorporates a pre-engineered Butler building with a standing seam roof system atop the fourth floor, spanning the building's width. The exterior showcases a traditional stucco façade accented by filled and polished concrete blocks and cast stone banding. Impact-rated, low-E coated glass is utilized throughout the exterior to mitigate radiant heat gain.

The building's mechanical system comprises high-efficiency water source heat pumps integrated with a closed-loop geothermal well system for optimal process water heating and cooling. All lighting is energy-efficient LED, contributing to reduced interior heat gain and overall energy consumption.
