Zuppardo’s Family Supermarket

The Zuppardo's Family Market project involved the construction of a new, ground-up facility exceeding 48,000 square feet. Strategic planning was implemented to manage all construction activities, facilitating continuous site ingress and egress during the demolition of a section of the existing store to accommodate the new development.

The site, spanning over 3 acres, posed a logistical challenge due to limited material laydown space restricted to the new building's footprint. This constraint was effectively managed through meticulously coordinated deliveries, ensuring no impact on customer parking for the operational store. Throughout the project lifecycle, our team cultivated a collaborative environment, engaging proactively with the Owner's consultants and vendors to synchronize the installation of essential components, including rough-ins, refrigeration units, food display cases, and kitchen equipment.

Project initiation occurred in September 2018, culminating in the successful handover to the Zuppardo Family well in advance of the 2019 holiday season.
