Pelican Pointe Carwash

Pelican Pointe Carwash - Covington is a 3,560 square foot facility featuring a 100-foot car wash tunnel. The structure utilizes a combination of load-bearing CMU block walls and an engineered wood truss roof.

The exterior is designed with ground face block, cement fiber lap siding, a standing seam metal roof, and aluminum storefront elements. In addition to the tunnel, the project includes a standalone pay station, a 12-bay vacuum canopy, a dumpster enclosure, and approximately 16,300 square feet of concrete paving. This represents the third collaborative effort between Kent Design Build and the Pelican Pointe organization.
