This project involves the ground-up construction of a new dealership for a valued repeat client, who will also co-own and operate the facility. The Mercedes-Benz of Covington dealership is situated on a five-acre parcel within the Pinnacle Development, conveniently located just off I-12.

The primary structure utilizes concrete masonry unit walls, structural steel, and bar joists, topped with a TPO roofing system and integrated rooftop air conditioning units. The building's facade is a sophisticated blend of curtainwall glass, Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS), and Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels.

The new vehicle showroom offers an open and expansive environment, seamlessly transitioning into a comfortable customer service lounge.

The service department features a fully conditioned workspace, meticulously finished with durable Clinker Tile throughout the entire service area.

High-speed roll-up doors at the service entrances and exits minimize conditioned air loss, ensuring energy efficiency and maintaining optimal interior conditions.
