A new 30,000 SF Butler pre-engineered building constructed on a three-acre site, providing a highly functional and efficient space solution. The building incorporates 25,000 square feet of prominent showroom space, 1,000 square feet of professional office space, and 4,000 square practical warehouse space, including a necessary truck dock.

The robust structure features an MR-24 standing seam roofing system, providing superior weather protection, complemented by architectural wall panels and a contemporary aluminum storefront system. The interior environment is enhanced by exposed ceilings with high-bay lighting, efficient fabric ductwork, and a combination of carpet and LVT flooring for comfort and durability. Natural light is abundantly present through the aluminum storefront windows. The project was completed within an accelerated eight-month construction timeline.
