Florida Marine Transporters

This project involves the construction of a two-level, 27,300 square foot office building in Mandeville, LA. The structure features conventional structural steel with dual CMU stair towers. A prominent 35-foot atrium serves as the central focal point, connecting the new building to the existing structure and extending over its roof. The building envelope incorporates a combination of traditional stucco, Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels, and aluminum storefront/curtain wall systems.

The interior is appointed with DIRTT wall systems, finished with a blend of walnut veneer, anodized aluminum, back-painted glass, magnetic marker boards, and standard glass
