The Kent Design Build Summer Internship Program is designed for students ready to lead construction projects from concept to completion. Over 8–12 weeks, interns work alongside seasoned project teams on active job sites—learning to coordinate crews, track budgets, manage schedules, and keep progress on track.
The program, based in Covington, combines hands-on experience with opportunities to visit project sites across the Gulf South. Each summer, new cohorts step into the field and take on real responsibilities from day one. Applicants should be pursuing a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field within the building or design industries.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and close once positions are filled. Apply early to secure your spot.
