This multi-phase project encompasses the comprehensive expansion of a medical facility, for both Neuroscience and Orthopedic clinics. integrating a new 45,426 square foot structural steel addition positioned above the existing first-floor medical clinic. The project further includes a new two-story, 19,874 square foot gymnasium addition, featuring laminated wood beams and Tongue and Groove (T&G) structural decking. Ancillary improvements comprise an outdoor artificial turf rehabilitation area, a therapy pool, 219 new parking spaces, and an expanded motor court.

Expansion of clinical capacity for patient care was achieved through the 7,200-square-foot renovation of existing administrative office space. Notable project challenges included the implementation of phased construction to minimize patient disruption, structural expansion of the primary building over an active patient care area, and rigorous infection control protocols during a major building envelope renovation.
