Guidry and Horaist Orthodontics
The construction of this new, 5,400 square foot orthodontist office represents a significant expansion for the client, providing enhanced facilities and state-of-the-art equipment to improve the patient experience.
The project employs a mixed structural design, integrating steel and wood framing, which facilitated the creation of design elements such as high lobby ceilings and a grand entrance. A staff outdoor patio enclosed by architectural louvers was also incorporated, providing a dedicated space for staff. The interior design emphasizes a patient-centered approach, featuring unique signage and artwork, full glass sliding doors, and an inviting ortho bay with views overlooking a pond, contributing to a distinctive and calming atmosphere.
To optimize clinical operations and staff efficiency, the building includes dedicated spaces such as an X-Ray room, a Lab, and a Sterile room, ensuring the practice's ability to provide comprehensive care. The exterior features durable Trex composite boards, offering the aesthetics of wood with enhanced longevity and low maintenance. These boards are complemented by stucco and brick accents, alongside a standing seam metal roof, for a modern and resilient facade.
