Trail Plaza // 9,430 SqFt // Demolition and Build

This retail space is located at the corner of Hwy 59 and Hwy 190 in Mandeville, LA. This space was designed for four tenants and is currently the home for a local urgent care clinic and coffee shop. We demolished the existing buildings, paving, and utilities to make way for this new development. This is a great example of a previously used property on a mostly vacant lot that was in need of a new look. This brand new building delivered some much needed upgrades to a very busy intersection in our home town.

The building is supported by slab-on-grade construction and its primary structure is pre-engineered metal building. The interior and exterior walls are metal stud frame, with brick veneer being the material of choice for the facade. The building is accented by a copper awning that runs the full length of the two primary elevations, with doors and windows flanked by architectural lighting fixtures that bring the exterior elements of this building into compliance with local architectural standards for appearance. The interior finishes vary based on the tenants requirements. Flooring ranges from vinyl floors to stained concrete, with wall treatments as simple as finished drywall to wood wainscot and ceramic tile.
