State Bank Terra Bella
This project involved the ground-up construction of a 4,189 square foot bank branch, which included the installation of two drive-up lanes. This branch was strategically located within a newly developed Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND), a planning concept also known as New Urbanism.
This distinctive neighborhood is designed to emulate the character of an historic European village, emphasizing walkability and integrating residential and commercial spaces for convenient access to shops, businesses, parks, and essential services. State Bank and Trust recognized the opportunity to establish a strong presence as the primary financial institution within this community.
The bank's construction featured a wood-framed structure with a brick veneer and stucco exterior, topped with a shingle roof accented by ridge tiles. The interior design incorporated ceramic tile and carpeted flooring, complemented by detailed millwork including crown molding, chair rail, and wood base, all finished with painted sheetrock walls.
