The project encompassed a range of upgrades, including the installation of a distinctive feature wall in the lobby crafted from hot-rolled steel sheets, infilling of existing gypsum partitions, incorporation of acoustical baffle ceilings to optimize sound control, and the implementation of large-format (24" x 48") porcelain floor tile. Additionally, the mechanical systems were upgraded with new ductwork and pneumatic Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, and a new electrical service with energy-efficient LED light fixtures was installed.

A primary challenge of this project was executing the renovation while ensuring the client's business operations remained uninterrupted. To address this, Kent Design Build implemented stringent dust control measures, erected temporary partitions to segregate work areas, and developed a meticulously planned sequencing of activities. This detailed phasing was crucial and was largely developed early in the project to seamlessly integrate with the client's installation of DIRTT modular
